We have close friends in the realty business, but we're so happy we didn't go with them because Steven is everything and more that we were looking for in our realtor. We are first time home buyers and Steven helped us every step of the way and made sure we were always happy and comfortable with our choices. The biggest issue of course was the COVID crisis which came up right while we were negotiating finalizing the sale.
