“Steve was our agent when we sold our house in Harrison twp last year and his knowledge, professionalism and accessibility was top notch. Our place was sold in just a few days after he listed it so when we decided to get a condo for the summer months (we had moved to Florida) we didn't hesitate to call Steve to help us find someplace. Our whole search was done remotely so we were really dependent on Steve's advice, he was our eyes for the places we were looking at on the web. He got private viewings for various condos and he reported back to us his opinion of them. He told us that the place we ended up buying looked like the previous owner hardly used the appliances even though she had lived there for 20 years and that observation was perfect as everything seems to be in like new condition. For the sale of the home, he explained everything and suggested what to offer, but never pressured us. “I cannot praise Steven Pouliot enough! We have close friends in the realty business, but we're so happy we didn't go with them because Steven is everything and more that we were looking for in our realtor. We are first time home buyers and Steven helped us every step of the way and made sure we were always happy and comfortable with our choices. In this market we've heard all the stories about multiple offers and being outbid over and over again and we were prepared for that to happen. However, because Steven put together the best offer and we were able to bring things to the table our first and only offer was accepted!
